The Nucleus of Human Rights and Combating Systematic Bullying (NDH) was instituted by Prof. Dr. Valdir Golin, then director of the Santa Casa de Sao Paulo School of Medical Sciences, in February 2016, in compliance with Federal Law No. 13,185 of November 6, 2015, which instituted the Program to Combat Systematic Intimidation (Bullying).

Its purpose is to promote the exercise of human rights, the prevention and combat of discrimination, systematic bullying and other forms of violence, such as bullying and sexual harassment within the framework of this Educational Institution.
